Agile working is a Way of Working - a cultural operating model based on trust, empowerment and use of mobile technology (laptops, mobile phones etc). It usually involves an element of desk-sharing with assigned or agile personal lockers in an office. It has become synonymous with Flexible and Hybrid working, although there are differences.
It means to reflect a workspace that gives individuals or gatherings or individuals a platform to share thoughts, express ideas and foster creativity without barriers.
It also covers the utilisation of the office space, is the office space suitable to allow for designing a workplace that has the ability to allow for collaborative methods.
